Bravo! I've been railing against the rotating weight for bikes issue for nearly 2 decades. Kraig Willett showed back in 2001 that, when you include the whole system (rim, tire, wheel, bike, rider) a few grams at the rim is insignificant.

Love your podcast. This episode is spot on. Instead of spending $$$ to save grams, eat well, lose weight and train effectively. Much better ROI. Thanks for being real.
